Order Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation notification once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be provided if a tracked shipping method was selected.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. ZAINIX ENTERPRISE LTD. is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping options within Canada based on your order total and selected shipping speed:

• Standard Shipping (Untracked): 5 to 8 business days (Available for orders $0.00 – $29.99)
• Economy Shipping (Tracked): 3 to 5 business days (Free shipping available on eligible order thresholds)
• Express Shipping (Tracked): 1 to 2 business days

United States Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping options to the United States:

• Standard Shipping (Tracked): 5 to 10 business days (Free shipping available on eligible order thresholds)
• Express Shipping (Tracked): 3 to 5 business days

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via Canada Post with real-time calculated rates displayed at checkout. Depending on destination availability, services include:

• International Parcel Air
• Tracked Packet International
• Xpresspost International

Shipping costs and estimated transit times are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. ZAINIX ENTERPRISE LTD. is not responsible for these charges if applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking & Untracked Shipments

If you selected a Tracked shipping option at checkout, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your package has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier's portal.

If you selected Standard Shipping (Untracked) within Canada, you will still receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, but please note that this shipping method does not include a tracking number. Please allow the full estimated window of 5 to 8 business days (plus processing time) for your package to arrive.

If you have not received your order within 3 business days past the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your name and order number.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have restrictions or limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If a carrier cannot deliver to your P.O. Box address, we will contact you to request or arrange an alternative physical address.

Damages, Lost Packages & Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please inspect your package and contact us immediately. Please keep all original packaging materials so we can evaluate the issue and assist you.

If you suspect a tracked shipment is lost in transit or showing as delivered but not received, please contact us with your order number so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return or ask a question, you can contact us at returns@zainix.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided in your return authorization instructions. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. However, if you are exchanging an item for a different size or colour, or if your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable and non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items), final sale items, or gift cards. These items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
To request an exchange for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us at returns@zainix.ca. We offer free standard return and outbound shipping for exchanges. If the new item is priced higher than the original, we will send an invoice for the difference. If the new item is priced lower, we will issue a partial refund for the difference to your original payment method. Upgraded or express shipping options for replacement items are subject to additional fees.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
